Mental Health Awareness Kickoff Event
Join us as we launch our 4th Annual Mental Health Awareness Month event! This virtual kickoff will introduce this year’s theme, Live Well ~ Lead Well ~ Work Well ~ Spend Well, preview the month’s trainings, activities, and wellness offerings designed to strengthen self-awareness and mental health literacy. Participants will also enjoy a fun Kahoot! game and a chance to win wellness prizes.

Foundations of Mental Health: What Everyone Should Know
This live, virtual session introduces essential concepts everyone should understand about mental health, helping participants recognize emotional signals, reduce stigma, and better support themselves and others.

Understanding Reiki & Energy Awareness: Supporting Well-being
In this live, virtual session, discover the basics of Reiki and how energy-based practices can support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall emotional balance.

Mental Health First Aid-Youth
An evidence-based training that teaches participants how to recognize signs of mental health challenges and respond to youth who may need support. Training is designed for adults who work with/support the youth population. Must be 18+ to attend training. Session is live, virtual blended session (required online pre-work class).
