Hey, I'm Dr. Donna!
I founded LeadWell Training & Development with a belief that developing effective leaders and creating healthier workplaces should not be competing priorities. My professional experience spans leadership development, mental health, organizational effectiveness, clinical leadership, talent development, and workforce education. This multidisciplinary background allows me to approach organizational challenges through both a human and business lens.
As an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring an understanding of human behavior, workplace dynamics, and the organizational systems that influence how people lead and perform. My work focuses on helping organizations translate these insights into practical learning experiences, leadership development strategies, and sustainable workplace practices. Through LeadWell, my goal is to make development meaningful, applicable, and accessible while supporting healthier leaders and more effective organizations.
